Orders placed online are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. You will be notified by email if there are any unexpected delays in processing.
FREE in-store pickup is available for all online purchases. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days and must be picked up at our Stevens Point location. Select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout. You will be notified by email once your order has been processed.
All orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. Assembly is not responsible for delays or the replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information. Once an order has left our shop, Assembly is not responsible for any damaged, lost, delayed, or stolen packages while in transit by the carrier. We do not offer refunds on lost packages.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we can offer a refund for FULL PRICE items within 7 days of the original ship date. The item(s) must be unworn and in their original condition. All original labels and tags must be attached. All refunds exclude original shipping costs. If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different style, please request a refund and place a new order for the new item.
Items purchased using a PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT code are eligible for exchanges or store credit only. To begin the process of an exchange, a return of the item must first be made. Purchase the desired item in a new transaction.
FINAL SALE items may not be returned and are not subject to price adjustments. Final sale items include apothecary, intimates, and all items ending in .98 or .99 (prior to additional discounts), and handmade items.
Contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of your order’s ship date to obtain your Return Authorization. Include your name, order number, and the item you are returning.
Package your return item(s) with your invoice and mail it back to us using your preferred shipping service. Remember to use a reliable service with tracking as the goods are your responsibility until they arrive back to us. Upon inspection of the returned item(s), you will receive your refund within 3-5 business days.
To return your online purchase in store, you must provide your invoice and upon inspection of the item(s), we will begin the process in 1-2 business days.
