ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed online are processed within 2-3 business days of purchase. You will be notified by email if there are any unexpected delays in processing.

 

SHIPPING

FREE in-store pickup is available for all online purchases. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days and must be picked up at our Stevens Point location. Select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout. You will be notified by email once your order has been processed.

All orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. Assembly is not responsible for delays or the replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information. Once an order has left our shop, Assembly is not responsible for any damaged, lost, delayed, or stolen packages while in transit by the carrier. We do not offer refunds on lost packages.

 

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we can offer a refund for FULL PRICE items within 7 days of the original ship date. The item(s) must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition. All original labels and tags must be attached. All refunds exclude original shipping costs. If you would like to exchange for a different style, please request a refund and place a new order for the new item.

Items purchased using a PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT code are eligible for exchanges or store credit only. To begin the process of an exchange, a return of the item must first be made. Purchase the desired item in a new transaction.

FINAL SALE items may not be returned and are not subject to price adjustments. Final sale items include intimates, candles, skincare + cosmetics, handmade items, jewelry, items ending in .98, and some items purchased using a Promotional Discount.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Contact us by email at assembly.sp@gmail.com within 7 days of your order's ship date to determine if you are eligible for a return. Include your name, order number, reason for return, and the item you are returning.

Package your return item(s) with your invoice and mail it back to us using your preferred shipping carrier. You are responsible for shipping costs and you may use a shipping carrier of your choice. Use a reliable service with tracking, we are not responsible for lost items.

All items are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to deny any return. If your return does not meet our Online Return Policy, an email will be sent to you and the item will be shipped back to the return address listed on your package. Returns will be processed in 2-3 business days upon receipt of package. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to process.

GENERAL IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

We accept returns of FULL PRICE merchandise in their original condition within 7 days of your original purchase date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unopened, undamaged, and have all original price tags attached. Attempted returns that have been in worn or used condition cannot be accepted or exchanged. All refund items are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to deny a return.
